This User Agreement along with Terms of Service "User Agreement" defines the terms and conditions for the use of services and products of BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD.
The Website is meant to be used by bonafide User(s) for a lawful use. When you access, browse or use this Site you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth. The same terms and conditions also apply purchases of any products or services of BTO through its Sales Channels (websites, mobile applications, sales persons, offices, call centres, branch offices, franchisees, agents etc.
BTO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the Website and the services offered without notice on the same or any portion thereof at any time. Both User and BTO are individually referred to as "Party" and collectively referred to as "Parties" to the User Agreement.
The User must be at least 18 years of age. All users must have the legal authority to enter into an agreement to become a User and use the services of BTO. Minors below the age of 18 Years of age shall not register as a User of the Website.
It is mandatory that before using the Website or approaching any “Sales Channels” ( as listed above) , the Users must compulsorily read and understand this User Agreement. AND all users shall be deemed to have accepted this User Agreement as a binding document for transactions with BTO. In case of disagreement the User must not avail BTO"s services or access or approach the “Sales Channels” of BTO.
All content provided in the Website and its Sales Channels, including but not limited to “content”: text, messages, audio, images, proprietary logos, service marks and trademarks etc are registered by BTO. The “Content” is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The use of this content is not allowed for any other purpose, except as specified herein.
In pursuance of respecting intellectual property rights of others and in case you notice any act of infringement on the Website, BTO requests you to send us a written notice/ intimation which includes information as;
BTO will always ensure that the content on its websites or other sales channels are free of any virus or malwares. In case any data or information downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Website or its Sales Channel is done entirely at the User"s own discretion and risk. In all such cases User will be solely responsible for any damage ( computer systems, data loss etc).User shall not distribute exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything from the Website, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose.
To access the Website may only be available to registered User(s). The process of registration requires the User to answer certain questions or provide certain professional / personal information. Such fields can be optional or mandatory. User warrants accuracy and truthfulness of the information supplied to BTO.
BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD only provides visa facilitation services & assistance to its customer/agents for processing of documents to embassy/immigration as an IATA agent
Visa Approval is strictly subject to immigration/ Embassy solely.
If flight is booked already and visa approval is delayed by immigration then BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD wiill not be liable for flight cancellation.
Visa cannot be clear once it rejected by Immigration and amount is non-refundable.
In case of Overstay, penalty will be applicable as the immigration rules and will imposed and payable by the Travel Agents
In case passenger involved in any illegal activity, all the fines & penalties must be payable by agent
BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD will process the refund only after getting cancellation/refund request from travel agent / customer through email.
Any voidation/cancellation of the ticket will be entertained only between 1000 Hr to 1800 Hrs on working days only.
Any refund request of any products will be entertained between 1000 Hrs to !800 hrs on working days only.
Refunds of all airline tickets shall be processed as per the airline policy. Refund shall me made through original form of payment. The amount shall be paid as per airline cancellation charges plus RAF Plus our service charges as applicable Plus K3(GST 5%on Economy class OR GST 12% on Premium Economy/Business/First class) on airline cancellation charges.
Refund charges would be as per the airline/hotel norms.
BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD will levy a service fee over and above on the cancellation charges /penalty by the Airline / Hotels etc.
If the payment is not made on time, BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD can anytime cancel all the PNR’s/Tickets without any prior notice.
There will no adjusting of the refund in the payment schedule. The refund will be credited to the agent/customer as whenever have received it from the airline/ suppliers.
Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent. On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD may sometimes refund amount to the customer BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shutted down/non-operational/bankrupt.
The User shall request BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD for any refunds against the unutilized or 'no show' air or hotel booking for any reasons within 90 days from the date of departure for the air ticket and/or the date of check-in for the hotel booking. Any applicable refunds would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of Airlines, hotels and BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD as the case may be. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days as above and all unclaimed amounts for such unutilized or no show air or hotel booking shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
Any other refunds or unadjusted credits received from suppliers (including hotels, airlines etc.) and not claimed or pursued by travel agents or suppliers within 1 year of receipt of such amounts by Company, shall be deemed to have been forfeited.
That you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of any breach or non-performance of any covenant or agreement made or obligations to be performed by you;
All users are advised to check the description details of the services and products carefully before making a booking. User(s) agree to be bound by all the laid out conditions in the bookings and User Agreement.
In case a User is making a booking on behalf of another person, it is the user’s responsibility to inform such person about the terms of this Agreement, including all rules and restrictions applicable.
The User undertakes to abide by all dynamic procedures and guidelines in connection with the use of the services available through BTO.
The User undertakes to comply with all applicable laws (Central Government, State Government, District Authorities or any other statutory body empowered to do so), regulations, orders, and directions etc. for use of services/transactions of/with BTO.
Users submit and agree that the debit/credit card details provided by you to the Payment Gateway for payment transaction processing are correct and you shall not use a debit/credit card that is not lawfully owned by you. You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient credit is available on your presented Debit/Credit Card or Bank Account at the time of making the payment
BTO will send booking confirmation, itinerary information, cancellation, payment confirmation, refund status, schedule change or any such other information relevant for the transaction or booking made by the User, via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, e-mail or any other alternate communication detail provided by the User at the time of booking.
BTO may also contact the User through the modes mentioned above for any pending or failed bookings, to know the preference of the User for concluding the booking and also to help the User for the same.
The User hereby unconditionally consents that such communications via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, email or any other mode by BTO are:
The RBI mandates collection of PAN details for all transactions made under Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) which include any international booking made on the Website or through Sales Channels. The User warrants and confirms that PAN details of the User/traveller will be shared by the User on or before the cut-off date prescribed by BTO either at the time of booking or after the booking is made The User authorizes BTO to share User/traveller data with third party(ies) for collecting or verifying PAN details of User/traveller. It shall be the responsibility of the agent to deposit TCS wherever applicable and the agent must provide an undertaking in this regard. In case the agent fails to deposit the TCS wherever applicable then BTO reserves the right to collect the amount of the TCS from the agent along with applicable interest and any penalty, if any. The agent must produce copy of the PAN of traveller for any hotel booking or holiday package booked through BTO.
Acting on any of these requests may make you a victim of fraud, and may potentially lead to loss of your valuable money or information, please report it immediately on support@bhasintravelsonline.com
BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD may add to, change or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this Site apply as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use this Site after any changes are posted, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.
BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other Content posted on this Site, including features and specifications of products described or depicted on the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD systems, as well as its clients' interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, BHASIN TRAVELS ONLINE PVT LTD may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.
The User agrees to indemnify BTO, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by such indemnified persons, that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation or warranty provided by the User, or non-performance of any covenant by the User.
The User shall be solely liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and BTO cannot be held responsible for the same.
